Ginger Body Scrub

Materials Needed:
• 1/4 cup Sea salt
• 1/4 cup Cornmeal
• 1/3 cup Olive Oil or another base oil.
• 2 drops Ginger
• 4 drops Peppermint
• 3 drops Rosemary

Instructions:
1. Mix salt and cornmeal.
2. Combine warmed oil and essential oils then mix with dry ingredients.
3. Use in the shower or standing in the tub.
4. Apply in circular motions, working from the extremities inward, working towards the center of the body and the heart.
5. Rinse with warm water.
6. Gently pat dry.

Note: This will give your skin smoother feel and have a nice glow.
