Homemade Peanut Butter Bread

Now lets try to cook something we don't usually have on our home food menu.

Ingredients:
• 1/4 c. chunky peanut butter
• 1/2 c. honey
• 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 c. grated carrots
• 2 bananas, mashed
• 1/4 c. low fat milk
• 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
• 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 3/4 c. white wheat flour

Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease a 9"x5" loaf pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, blend together the peanut butter, honey, oil, eggs, carrots and bananas.
3. Add milk, spices, vanilla, salt, baking powder, baking soda and flour.
4. Blend together well.
5. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 1 1/4 hours or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Cool on a wire rack.
