Christmas Meat Loaf Recipe
Written by Paulo Martirez on Monday, December 15, 2008Its Christmas time once more! So I've decided to present some delicious Christmas recipes that are great add up to your Noche Buena.
Ingredients:
• 6 slices of bread
• 1/2 cup evaporated milk
• 4 pcs. eggs (slightly beaten)
• 450 g. ground pork
• 200 g. mixed vegetable
• 1/8 cup flour
• 1/4 cup celery (chopped)
• 1 cup cheese (grated)
• 1 pc. onion (chopped)
• 4 cloves garlic (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp cayenne
• 2 tbsp pork seasoning powder
• 1 tbsp margarine
• salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine milk and eggs.
2. Soak each slice of bread until soft.
3. Set aside.
4. In another large bowl, combine all the ingredients together with bread except margarine and mix well.
5. Lightly grease a 23 cm x 23 cm loaf pan with margarine.
6. Pour in the meat mixture and bake in a preheated oven of 180°C for 2 hours or until cooked.
7. Done!
NOTE: Allow to cool completely before cutting. Serve well with potato chips and salad.

i think the recipe is great. you could add a picture of the finish product so people can see what it would look like in the end or something they might copy when they make one of it too.
XD
