Homemade Lollipop

Ingredients:
• 2/3 cup Water
• 2 cups Sugar
• 1/8 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
• Flavoring
• Vegetable coloring
Instructions:
1. Combine sugar and Cream of Tartar with the 2/3 cup water.
2. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
3. Boil until a temp of 290 F. is reached or until a drop of mixture will become hard when dropped into cold water.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Add flavoring and coloring.
6. Pour into greased pans or molds.
7. Insert wooden stick when the mixture is partly cooled.
8. Chill.
9. Enjoy!
